The tender duly completed should reach in the office of the Executive Engineer (Elect.), PPHC, SAS Nagar on 11.02.2010 up to 3.00 P.M. and will be opened by him at 3.30 P.M.  in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who may like to be present. CONDITIONS:

1.         Earnest Money shall be furnished only in the shape of Deposit-at-Call or Bank Draft in favour of Punjab Police Housing Corporation Ltd., payable at Chandigarh.

2.         If the date of opening of tenders happens to be a holiday then the tenders will be opened on the next working day.

3.         The Tenders shall be valid for 90 days from date of opening of Tenders.    

4.         Conditional/Telegraphic/Imbalanced Tenders will not be accepted.

5.         Contractors should have a valid VAT/TIN No. as per Punjab VAT ACT-2005.

6.         The DNIT shall be issued up to 12.15 P.M. on the date of opening of tenders.

7.         M.D. PPHC reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.

8.         Tenders without eligibility documents will be rejected and earnest money may be forfeited.  Subletting will not be allowed.
